document.write ('We ship perishable foods via FedEx ground (lowest cost), overnight, or 2-3 day delivery.&nbsp ');
document.write ('Perishables are packed with dry ice (or gel packs for air delivery) to keep your items ice cold during transit. All perishable foods orders are shipped and delivered within the same week. ');
document.write ('Ground orders of perishable foods only ship on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday depending on the delivery address.  We may not ship your order until Monday to ensure it arrives within the same week to ensure freshness. ');
document.write ('If you are requesting Saturday Delivery, you must choose Priority Overnight Saturday Delivey as your shipping selection upon checkout. Because we do not ship perishable foods over the weekend, we cannot deliver perishable foods on a Monday. ');
